We offer all types of pilots the following benefits:

  • Main base in Belleville, Michigan with commuting availability
  • ​14 days off per month with 13 days of incremental PTO + 2 paid holidays per year​
  • Hourly rate: Based on years of service with 45-hour guarantee, paid hotel and full pay for training
  • A full suite of employer-paid financial and health benefit packages
  • Plus, an annual corporate bonus program

Part 121 Crew

In the first year with USA Jet, Captains and First Officers earn an average of $270,000 and $154,000, respectively.

USA Jet offers incentive pay each time and every time you fly, including:

  • Trip Pay – $750 Captain | $500 First Officer

  • Selling Days Off – Choose to work more and earn $650 per day
  • Load Assist Pay – Earn $250 each time you choose to help load or unload the aircraft
  • Hourly Per Diem – Earn $2.50 per hour of your trip

Part 135 Crew

In the first year with USA Jet, Captains and First Officers earn an average of $160,000 and $100,000, respectively.

USA Jet offers incentive pay each time and every time you fly, including:

  • Trip Pay – $750 Captain | $500 First Officer
  • Selling Days Off – Choose to work more and earn $400 per day
  • Load Assist Pay – Earn $250 each time you choose to help load or unload the aircraft
  • Hourly Per Diem – Earn $2.50 per hour of your trip

Meet the Chief: Armen Ormanian

Armen Ormanian, USA Jet Airlines’ Chief Pilot, has over three decades of aviation expertise as a commercial pilot. His prior roles at Pentastar Aviation and Reliant Airlines honed his pilot and leadership skills, notably flying diverse aircraft types and logging over 10,000 flight hours. Joining USA Jet in 2010, he became a Captain, Check Pilot and trusted mentor before taking on the role of Chief Pilot, overseeing flight crew members and daily operations for cargo and passenger flights under Part 121, 135 and 91. With a commitment to safety and operational excellence, he remains a pivotal figure in USA Jet’s flight operations, ensuring stringent flight standards and efficient performance.
